Hello, I’m Mai.

I’m Japanese and came to Sydney to work as an international flight attendant in 2007. To keep my body in good condition despite the irregular lifestyle associated with my job, I was practicing Bikram Hot yoga for over 10 years. Since I became a mum of two young girls and stopped flying for work, I have dedicated my energies to my passions, body, and beauty. When I discovered Pilates, I immediately fell in love with it.

I completed the Mat Pilates instructor course, followed by Magic Circles, Swiss Balls, Bands, Small Balls, Back Pain, Pregnancy courses, Reformer Pilates, and Barre Attack.

I have been teaching classes since 2018, focusing on exercises designed to increase strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and joint mobility. My students get to know and control their bodies while getting improved alignment and pain relief. I emphasize my teaching on building the stabilizer muscles group and adjusting the body posture to eliminate ongoing pain.

I believe that everyone can change and improve their body condition by putting a little effort into their daily routine.
